Easy to make 468 calories and 37g protein each perfect for a weekend dinner recipe 😏✅ Add to your favs besties 💅🏼📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 250g lean beef steak mince Tsp onion granules Tsp garlic granules Salt Pepper White onion small diced 20g ranch sauce 20g fat free natural yoghurt 1/2 tsp chilli paste (can sub for a tsp hot sauce) 15g light butter Tsp garlic puree 1/2 tsp parsley 2 cheddar cheese slices reduced fat (40g) 💗Mix together the ranch sauce, natural yoghurt, chilli paste and set to one side. 💗Season the beef mince with the onion granules, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Combine well and form into four equal balls. Squash down before pan frying. Day 6/20- Chicken Gyros 🌯 Flatbread recipe from: @Jasmin’s Eats Ingredients: - 4 chicken thigh - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 1 Lemon, juice and rind - 1 tbsp Smoked paprika - 2 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 2 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Thyme - 1.5 tsp Salt - 200g Greek yoghurt - 200g Self raising flour - 1 Tomato, sliced thin - 1 Red onion, sliced thin - 1 Cucumber, deseeded and grated - 100g more Greek yoghurt (tzatziki) - 1 tsp Dill, chopped - 6 cloves garlic, minced - Frozen chips (there isn’t enough time) 1. Add chicken, half the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and rind, cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and cayenne pepper to a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside to marinate for 5-10 mins 2. I’m a separate bowl combine self raising flour, Greek yoghurt and a pinch of salt. Knead to combine, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 5 minutes 3. Deseed and grate a cucumber, then strain it through 2 pieces of paper towel , squeezing to remove as much water as possible. Add it to a bowl with green yoghurt and fresh dill, mixing to combine to make the tzatziki. 4. Add frozen fries to your air fryer and cook for 12-15 mins at 180°C until golden brown. Take out and immediately season with paprika, cumin, salt and garlic powder 5. Evenly divide dough into 3 balls and roll out about 1-2mm thick before lightly brushing with olive oil and frying in a pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Take out and set aside covered with a tea towel until use 6. Pan fry or bbq marinated chicken thigh for roughly 3.5 mins per side on medium/high heat to get a nice char and cook through. Slice chicken and if it’s not cooked (mine wasn’t lol) put it back in the pan on high. This will also get nice colour on all sides 7. high protein steak fajita bowl🥩🌿🍅🍚 ~400 calories / 43g protein recipe below: pico de gallo: -1/3 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed -1/4 cup diced onion -1 tbsp diced jalapeño -1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro -juice from 1/2 lime -salt & pepper to taste Steak: -dice top sirloin steak into 1 inch steak bites (I use the Trader Joe’s organic grassfed top sirloin steak) -season with chipotle seasoning and garlic powder -cook in a cast iron skillet on medium/high heat with olive oil spray. Cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side Corn: -heat up 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s roasted corn in a skillet and season with “elote” seasoning Onions & peppers: -cook 1/2 a red bell pepper and 1/4 a red onion on medium heat in a skillet. Season with chipotle seasoning Cilantro lime rice: -add 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro and the juice from 1/2 a lime to 1/2 cup cooked white rice with salt Assemble: -add 1/2 cup cilantro lime rice, steak, 1/2 cup pico, 1/3 cup corn, onions, peppers, and 1/3 cup shredded lettuce to a bowl. Easy to make 468 calories and 37g protein each perfect for a weekend dinner recipe 😏✅ Add to your favs besties 💅🏼📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 250g lean beef steak mince Tsp onion granules Tsp garlic granules Salt Pepper White onion small diced 20g ranch sauce 20g fat free natural yoghurt 1/2 tsp chilli paste (can sub for a tsp hot sauce) 15g light butter Tsp garlic puree 1/2 tsp parsley 2 cheddar cheese slices reduced fat (40g) 💗Mix together the ranch sauce, natural yoghurt, chilli paste and set to one side. 💗Season the beef mince with the onion granules, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Combine well and form into four equal balls. Squash down before pan frying. Day 6/20- Chicken Gyros 🌯 Flatbread recipe from: @Jasmin’s Eats Ingredients: - 4 chicken thigh - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 1 Lemon, juice and rind - 1 tbsp Smoked paprika - 2 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 2 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Thyme - 1.5 tsp Salt - 200g Greek yoghurt - 200g Self raising flour - 1 Tomato, sliced thin - 1 Red onion, sliced thin - 1 Cucumber, deseeded and grated - 100g more Greek yoghurt (tzatziki) - 1 tsp Dill, chopped - 6 cloves garlic, minced - Frozen chips (there isn’t enough time) 1. Add chicken, half the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and rind, cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and cayenne pepper to a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside to marinate for 5-10 mins 2. I’m a separate bowl combine self raising flour, Greek yoghurt and a pinch of salt. Knead to combine, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 5 minutes 3. Deseed and grate a cucumber, then strain it through 2 pieces of paper towel , squeezing to remove as much water as possible. Add it to a bowl with green yoghurt and fresh dill, mixing to combine to make the tzatziki. 4. Add frozen fries to your air fryer and cook for 12-15 mins at 180°C until golden brown. Take out and immediately season with paprika, cumin, salt and garlic powder 5. Evenly divide dough into 3 balls and roll out about 1-2mm thick before lightly brushing with olive oil and frying in a pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Take out and set aside covered with a tea towel until use 6. Pan fry or bbq marinated chicken thigh for roughly 3.5 mins per side on medium/high heat to get a nice char and cook through. Slice chicken and if it’s not cooked (mine wasn’t lol) put it back in the pan on high. This will also get nice colour on all sides 7. high protein steak fajita bowl🥩🌿🍅🍚 ~400 calories / 43g protein recipe below: pico de gallo: -1/3 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed -1/4 cup diced onion -1 tbsp diced jalapeño -1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro -juice from 1/2 lime -salt & pepper to taste Steak: -dice top sirloin steak into 1 inch steak bites (I use the Trader Joe’s organic grassfed top sirloin steak) -season with chipotle seasoning and garlic powder -cook in a cast iron skillet on medium/high heat with olive oil spray. Cook steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side Corn: -heat up 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s roasted corn in a skillet and season with “elote” seasoning Onions & peppers: -cook 1/2 a red bell pepper and 1/4 a red onion on medium heat in a skillet. Season with chipotle seasoning Cilantro lime rice: -add 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro and the juice from 1/2 a lime to 1/2 cup cooked white rice with salt Assemble: -add 1/2 cup cilantro lime rice, steak, 1/2 cup pico, 1/3 cup corn, onions, peppers, and 1/3 cup shredded lettuce to a bowl.
