First, the seated dumbbell bicep curl on the lat Pulldown machine, using the knee pad for support. Second, behind the head curls again on the lat Pulldown machine to emphasize the outter biceps. Third, high-to-low cable curls also for outter biceps. This exercise puts the biceps in the greatest stretch position for maximum biceps growth. Last, squatting cable curls to target the inner biceps.
