Please read and FOLLOW The biceps muscles are a very easy part to target. That is why you will feel a pump in your arms on the second or third set. What’s very important on this muscle is that you don’t want to overtrain them by doing 6-7 exercises. What I posted here is sufficient for a full biceps routine. I am not saying that these are the best edercises because that might differ depending on ones anatomy but all these exercises target tbe major parts of the biceps the brachi ( short head and long head) the brachialis and the brachioradialis which is connected with the forearm. Doing these three exercises with 4 sets each with a RPE OF 9 will be enough fir one workout routine. You can hit biceps 2 times a week if you want to grow them faster.
