The most important part you can take away from this video is the elbow movement. It is the most common mistake I have seen happen on this exercise and most other curling exercises. People tend to bring their elbows upfront shifting the weight from the biceps to the front shoulder. Make sure you keep your back as stationary as possible if that is something that is too hard you can always try back supported bicep curls. Find a sturdy wall place your back firmly against it.
