Avoid these shoulder exercises if you want to grow your delts! 1. Dumbbell front raise: For most people, direct front delt work is not needed as they get plenty of stimulus on ALL pressing movements. However, if you do like front raises, i recommend you do them on cables instead, they could be actually useful especially if delts are a weak point. 2) Face pulls: Honestly, they’re not a bad exercise for shoulder health, however strictly from a rear delt building point of view, they’re not the best option.
