Cook fries in an air fryer, occasionally stirring, at 200°C for 15-20 mins or until golden and crisp 4. Heat up a large frying pan on high until as hot as possible. Add lard or high heat cooking oil before adding steak, spreading out as flat as you can. Generously season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, getting some deep colour on the meat. 5. Add onions to the steak and stir to combine. Bring everything into a small pile in the centre of the pan and top with provolone cheese, covering with a lid to melt the cheese. 6. Assemble by pouring fries, seasoned with salt into a bowl, topping with cheesy steak. #phillycheesesteak #loadedfries #airfryerfries #protein #highprotein #healthyfries #20minutemeals #quickrecipes #foodie #easyrecipe #explorefood #cheesyfries #cheesesteakloadedfries
