Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes @NearEastProducts quinoa and brown rice Cauliflower florets 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and dried 2 chicken breasts @mamas roasted red pepper and eggplant dip (🔗 on my amaz0n if you can’t find anywhere!!) @Cedar’s Foods tzatziki @athenosfeta feta cheese Seasonings: @Simply Organic turmeric, onion powder, salt, pepper, @Kinder's Flavors grilled chicken seasoning, @Primal Kitchen Foods avocado oil, @Graza Instructions: 1. Season chicken on both sides with kinders chicken seasoning, brown on both sides on cast iron with avocado oil, then finish baking in oven until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165° 2. Prepare quinoa according to package 3. Season cauliflower and chickpeas with above seasonings (not chicken seasoning!!) and olive oil and bake at 425° until crispy 4.
