Healthy girl dinner 🥑✨🥕 recipe below!! Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes Jasmine rice, prepared (I used leftover takeout rice!!) 1 lb ground chicken 2 garlic cloves, minced 3-4 tbsp grated ginger 1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup coconut aminos 2-3 green onion, diced @Whole Foods Market coleslaw mix (as much or little as you want!) Broccoli florets Toppings: avocado, @Primal Kitchen Foods yum yum, @Yellowbird Foods sriracha, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes Seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, @Graza olive oil Instructions: 1. In a pan, brown ground chicken, then add in garlic, ginger and seasonings 2. In a jar, combine honey, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, green onion, and red pepper flakes and shake well 3. Add sauce to chicken, bring to a boil then simmer 4. Once sticky, add in coleslaw and let cook for a few minutes until soft 5. Season broccoli with above seasonings and bake at 425° until crispy 6. Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes 2 chicken breasts 1/2 cup @Mike’s Hot Honey honey 1/2 cup @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon mustard Zest of 2 lemons Juice of 2 lemons 2 sweet potatoes, chopped into cubes 1 bag @Whole Foods Market red onion, diced A bunch of fresh parsley, chopped 3 heaping tbsp @FAGE greek yogurt A little shake of feta cheese Seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil, avocado oil Instructions: 1. Season chicken with above seasonings minus smoked paprika, brown on both sides in avocado oil on cast iron, then finish baking in oven at 425° until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°. Once finished cooking, let rest for a few minutes then cut into cubes 2. In a bowl, combine honey, dijon, 1 lemon zest, 1 lemon juice, pepper and big dash of smoked paprika 3. In same chicken pan, add in hot honey mustard and chicken, stir well making sure to get chicken juices off the bottom of the pan, coat evenly, bring to a boil, then simmer until sticky 4. Coat sweet potatoes with olive oil, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper 5. Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 425° until soft and golden brown 6. Add yogurt, 1 lemon juice and 1 lemon zest, honey, onion powder, and pepper to a bowl and stir until combined.
