Not your traditional dinner hehe but no judgement if you wanna eat banana bread for dinner Ingredients: 2 bananas, mashed 1/3 cup @SunnyGem Almond Oil (or any oil!) 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 eggs 1/4 cup @Califia Farms almond milk 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp @Simply Organic vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Salt 1 3/4 cup @King Arthur Baking flour Instructions: 1. in a bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until well combined 2. Whisk in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon 3. Slowly add in flour and mix until combined 4. Transfer to loaf pan 5. Combine a little cinnamon and maple syrup, and drizzle over top of bread 6.
