Part 19 of my 50-part series where I cook all 50 of the NYT’s most popular recipes. Today I made Sheet-Pan Chicken with Potatoes, Arugula and Garlic Yogurt (recipe by Melissa Clark). It was simple, delicious, had sooo many delicious flavors: spicy from the harissa (but not too spicy), tart from the yogurt, sweet from the potatoes. It’s healthy, and it’s a full meal (no side dishes to think about). Prep time: 1 hour and 15 mins (including marinating) Taste: 4.9/5 - Just wish I had more of that incredibly yogurt sauce Difficulty: Moderately easy - meat thermometer recommended Would I make it again?
