This is a super simple, colorful, flavorful dish that comes together in under 30 minutes. It’s one I’ve made multiple times and is best served with orzo. Prep time: 30 mins Taste: 4.6/5 - It’s delicious, but there’s a feta/veggie dish I prefer more (see below) Difficulty: Super easy and forgiving Would I make it again? If I’m looking for a feta/veggie/orzo dish, I’m probably going to make Ina Garten’s Orzo with Roasted Vegetables instead.
