Taco Salad Quick & easy to make and oh so delicious!! I had this for lunch and then made my family all one for dinner. They were a hit! RECIPE - Makes 1 salad INGREDIENTS: 1 tortilla (I used a Hero Tortilla) dash of homemade taco seasoning 1/3 cup taco meat 1/3 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 of an avocado, cubed 1 Tbsp sliced green onions 2 Tbsp homemade salsa 2 Tbsp sour cream avocado oil spray DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the tortilla in a greased 7” air fryer/oven safe pan forming a “bowl.” 3. Spritz the tortilla with avocado oil spray and then sprinkle on a dash of homemade taco seasoning. 4. Add the taco meat to the tortilla. *This step is important because if you skip it, the pan will fly around in your air fryer…I learned my lesson. 🤪 5. Air fry for 13 minutes or bake until the tortilla is browned. 6. Add in the remaining ingredients or whatever you like best in a taco salad.
