Taco Roll Ups This is a super easy and delicious lunch! My Taco Meat recipe can be found on my page and my homemade taco seasoning can also be found on my page and in my cookbooks and meal plans. www.Kristysketolifestyle.com/shop RECIPE - Makes 4 taco roll ups INGREDIENTS: 1 Cutdacarb Flatbread 1 cup taco meat 4 Colby Jack cheese sticks water DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Cut a flatbread into fourths. 3. Add 1/4 cup of meat to each flatbread square followed by a cheese stick. 4. Brush some water on the edge of the flatbread and then roll it up. 5. Place them seam side down into a greased air fry basket or onto a greased baking sheet. 6.
