Taco Meat This is my favorite way to make taco meat. 🌮 RECIPE - Makes 3 cups Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (I use 88/12) 2 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning👇🏼 1/4 cup water 1 Tbsp tomato paste Directions: 1. Scramble the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink. 2. Drain the excess grease. 3. Add in the taco seasoning, water and tomato paste and stir until thickened. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. *Add 2 Tbsp of taco seasoning per 1 lb of meat.
