One Pot Ravioli Soup Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small yellow onion, diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 lb Italian sausage, mild 5 cups chicken broth 28 oz crushed tomatoes 20 oz spinach and riccotta ravioli, refrigerated 2 cups chopped spinach 1 cup heavy cream Salt Pepper Grated Parmesan (optional) 1️⃣ In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add in onion, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes 2️⃣ Add in garlic and Italian seasoning.
