Period. * Sweat It Out 3x a Week 💦🏋️♀️ - We're becoming besties with our workout mats. * Cut the Sweet Talk 🚫🍰 - That means sugar and fats are off the guest list. Weekly Breakdown: 1️⃣ Week 1: Kickstart the Burn * 50 Jumping Jacks * 30 Lemon Squeezers * 30 Sit-Ups with a Twist * 30 Reverse Crunches * 10 Knee-to-Elbow Planks (each side) * And repeat! 2️⃣ Week 2: Plank It Up * 60 sec Side Plank (right side) * 60 sec Side Plank (left side) * 15 Leg Flutters (each leg) * 30 Elbow-to-Knees (each leg) * Hit the repeat button! 3️⃣ Week 3: Elevate the Intensity * 1 Minute High Plank * 50 Jumping Jacks * 35 Crunches * 40 Mountain Climbers * 10 Push-Ups * Go for another round! 4️⃣ Week 4: Finish Strong * 15 High to Low Planks * 15 Plank Rockers * 15 Squat Jumps * 25 Bicycle Crunches * 15 Pendulum Legs * One more time, with feeling! Daily Detox Water: Hydrate and detox with a daily bottle of deliciousness. Choose your fighter: * Cucumber Water 🥒💧(1 medium cucumber, 2 liters of water) a thinly slice cucumber, add to a pitcher of water, let it infuse for 1-2 hours or overnight. * Cucumber + Mint + Lemon + Water 🥒🌿🍋💧(1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, at least 10 mint leaves, 2 litera of water) - same directions at cucumber water * ACV + Honey + Lemon + Water 🍯🍋💧 (2 tbsp apple coder vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 glass of water which is approximately 250 ml or 8oz of water) - drink this mixture once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach Mix it up, sip it down, and feel those toxins waving goodbye.
