What I do and reccomend for anyone wanting to get in shape are regular and consistent walks. Walking is something that should be done whether it's for #mentalhealth or #physicalhealth because it keeps your mind active while give you space to breathe freely. An important aspect of #fitness is to reduce the amount of stress when we can in order to help us combat #anxiety #depression #ptsd while building healthy habits of activity. Taking our #dog or #dogs with us may also help with recovery since our companions help up feel good and are often the key to recovery after a very long and challenging day. I reccomend 30 minutes everyday if you can, more if you're able.
