Garlic, chopped 20 g 1 pc. Red onion,chopped 45 g 1 pc. bayleaf 1/2 pc Lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp. Mama Sita’s Distilled Cane Vinegar 22.5 mL 1/4 cup. Olive oil. 60 mL 2 tbsp. Tomato Sauce 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper 1.2 tsp. Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Sauce. 2.5 mL 1. Prepare chicken. 2. Brine chicken for 5 hours. Set aside. 3. Prepare the marinade mixture and blend together. 4. Drain chicken and pat dry. 5. Pour marinade mixture over chicken and massage well. Marinate for 1 hour. 6. Pre-heat oven 220 c for 18 minutes, then turn the chicken. 7.
