A truly festive season deserves a celebration dish! Here's an idea for seafood lovers. This savory and spicy dish is sure to be the crowd pleaser at your next party! Ingredients SET A (Poaching liquid) 5 cups Water 1.25 L 2 tbsp Smoked paprika 12 g 1 tbsp Ground black pepper 6 g 2.5 Tbsp Brown sugar 25 g 1 tbsp Salt 17 g 1 pc Red onion,peeled and chopped. 50 g 6 cloves. Garlic,crushed and chopped 27 g 3 tbsp. Lemon juice 45 mL 1/2 pouchbMama Sita’s Caldereta Mix 25 g SET B 2 pcs Hungarian sausage 200 g 2 pcs Potato, cut into large dice 375 g 2 pcs. Corn, cut off cob into 2-inch pieces. 500 g SET C 7 cups. Shrimp, rinsed 500 g 3 pcs. Blue crabs 500 g FOR THE CAJUN SAUCE 2 tbsp. Olive oil. 30 mL 4 tbsp. Garlic,chopped 32 g 1 pc Red onion chopped 45 g 1/2 bar. Unsaltedbutter, melted. 113 g 1/2 pouch Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. 25 g 1 tbsp. Smoked paprika. 6 g 2 tbsp Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Sauce. 30 mL 2 tbsp Brown sugar. 20 g 4 tbsp Lemon juice 60 mL 1 tbsp Parsley,chopped. 4 g 1/2 tsp. Salt. 2 g 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper 1. In a pot, boil water with paprika,pepper,sugar,salt,onion,garlic,lemon juice and half pouch of Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Mix all together until all flavors are incorporated with each other. 2.Add the sausage, potato and corn. Boil until corn is cooked and potato softened. Add the shrimp and crab. Boil until crab and shrimp turns into orange color. remove from pot and drain in colander. Set aside and makle the sauce. 3. In a separate pan, heat oil and saute garlic until golden brown. Add onion and and melted butter. Saute until onion wilted. Add the remaining half pouch of Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix,paprika,labuyo hot sauce,brown sugar,lemon juice,parsley, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well. 4 Add the boiled seafoods, potato, sausage and corn. Mix well until color and flavor are equal. 5.Remove from pan. Transfer to a serving plate.
