This crispy chicken (with a spicy kick of Pure Labuyo Hot Pepper Sauce) makes for a delicious appetiser or side dish. 😋🌶️🍗 For the buttermilk: 1 cup Evap milk 250 mL 1 tbsp Mama Sita’s Distilled Cane Vinegar 15 mL 1/2 cup Cornstarch 80 g 1 pc Egg 60 g 1 tbsp Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Sauce 15 mL Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 “ cubes 500 g 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs 60 g 2 cups Ccoking oil ,for frying 500 mL 2 tbsp Parsley chopped 3 g 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 60 g 2 tbsp Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 15 mL 2 tsp Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Sauce 10 mL 1.Combine milk and Mama Sita’s Distilled Cane Vinegar. Set aside for 10 minutes. 2.In a bowl, combine buttermilk mixture, cornstarch, egg Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Sauce salt and pepper. 3. Dip chicken into mixture and dredge in breadcrumbs. 4.Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces. Cook until golden brown and crispy. About 2-3 minutes. 5.Remove from heat. Drain and serve with Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce. 6.
