Save this for your next cooking adventure 🏷️ Ingredients (Serves 2 pax) - 1 cup Japanese short-grain rice, cooked - 2 Tbsp rice vinegar - 1 Tbsp sugar - ½ Tsp salt - Salmon sashimi, diced in bite-sized pieces - Tuna sashimi, diced in bite-sized pieces - Mekajiki Sashimi, diced in bite-sized pieces - Tamago, diced in bite-sized pieces - 1/3 Japanese cucumber, diced - 1/2 avocado, diced (optional) - Sesame seeds (garnish) 📝 Instructions Cook your Japanese Rice as per packaging instructions in a rice cooker.
