The garlic’s natural sweetness shines through, without the pungent bite. 😋 Pair it with a creamy soup, or let it be the star of your next brunch—don’t forget to add ALOT of cheese! 🧀💯 Save this for your next cooking adventure 🏷️ Ingredients (Serves 3-4 pax) -20-22 cloves of garlic, peeled -180ml olive oil -Sprig of rosemary or thyme -5 Peppercorn, whole -150g of unsalted butter, softened to room temp -150g Cheese of your choice (we used cheddar and mozzarella) -1 Tsp parsley -Salt and pepper to taste -1 loaf of sourdough/french loaf -Soup of your choice -Minced garlic (optional) Instructions 1. In a small ramekin, add in garlic cloves and olive oil. It’s okay if the tops aren’t fully submerged, as long as most of the garlic is under the oil 2. Airfry at 135℃ for 1hr or 150℃ for 1hr in the oven 3. Scoop out the garlic cloves and separate the oil, the garlic-infused oil can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days (it will solidify but turn back to liquid in room temp, you can use it in your pasta dishes) 4. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper (we like to add a little more minced garlic for added texture) 5. Lather the bread with the garlic butter spread and top it off with cheese of your choice 6.
