😆 Just because I’m a pro does not mean that things can’t go horribly wrong sometimes. Lol. 🤪 ⚠️This is your warning to be careful in the gym. Over the weekend I was helping Randy do a drop set on a hip thrust machine. I was also talking to someone over him at the same time so I wasn’t paying attention to the weight. I did not realize that this particular machine that usually does not need cuffs had a slightly bent bar on it. Yes, you guessed it, that 45 pound plate started danced its way off that bar right onto the top of my foot. Lol. 💥😵💫 Not gonna lie, it hurt like a bitch, and I couldn’t walk for a few days very well. Thank God, nothing was broken just a severe bone bruise. 🙏 It’s ok, it’s a long way from my heart. Haha . So what do you do when something like this happens? The first thing I did when I got home was inject BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides to speed up healing. Drop the word peptides if you want information on these? They’re amazing & speed up healing three times as much. 🤷🏽♀️ What about workouts? My upper body is fine, I can still work that of course, but I had to postpone leg day for now & that’s OK. it takes two weeks to notice any kind of muscle atrophy so don’t worry. I also have a Russian stim machine that I will use next time I get into the gym to work my legs. Let me know if you want to video on how I do that?
