This Zucchini Flatbread is Def Worth Making! So easy and my husband obviously loved it! Its pure veggies and protein so its great for staying on track with your nutrition and fitness goals. 2 zucchinis, grated and squeezed using a clean towel to remove excess liquid 2 eggs 1/2 cup grated parm or dairy free parm Mix and bake on a greased baking sheet at 375°F for 30 minutes. You can add more cheese or a protein to it and dip it in marinara. It would work great with any meal or snack with the 2B mindset. You can even eat the entire pan as a complete dinner or have a piece of it as a snack.
