Learned the hard way… but safe to say that form > weight! 💯 When you’re just starting out, focus on getting ur form right or else the exercise is pointless! 🤝 If you don’t feel it in the right muscle group, try lowering the weight and using mind to muscle connection! 💪 Then from there, you can make your way up.
