Back with another easy crockpot recipe! These are a new favorite around here. The pickle slaw is a MUST now on any spicy chicken sandwich! - - - - Crockpot Hot Honey Chicken: 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup honey 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Spices: 1 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt Instructions: * Add the chicken to a crockpot * In a small bowl, mix up the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, & salt. * Add the seasoning all over the chicken. * Add the butter, divided into 1 tbsp pieces * Drizzle the honey on top * Pour in the vinegar. * Place the lid on and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours. * Once cooked, shred the chicken * Add to a toasted bun + top with pickle slaw * Enjoy! Pickle Slaw: 1, 16-ounce package coleslaw 1/2 sweet onion, diced 1 cup chopped pickles 1 cup mayo ( I used @primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo) 2 tbsp pickle juice spices: 1/2 tsp garlic 1 tsp dill 1/2 tsp salt salt Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well, making sure all of the coleslaw is coated Cover and refrigerate while the chicken cooks (at least 2 hours, up to 4) Serve on top of the chicken sandwiches and enjoy! #crockpot#crockpotrecipe#crockpotmeals#choosingbalance#easycooking#easymeals#easyrecipe#eatwell#dinnerideas#dinnerathome#dinnerecipes#easycooking#eatwelloriginal sound
