Hereās a quick recap of everything Iāve done this week to help regain my spark postpartum. Highlights of the week: Getting my BBL forever young & Moxi treatment at @rawcanvasskinclinic I am on Day 5 healing from it and canāt wait to see my results! My parents got a golden doodle pupš« he is the most perfect thing ever AND Iām not allergic to him. Another highlight was getting in some workouts with my little sister. I love working out on my own, but itās been great having some company once in a while @jackiemccurrachexplores If youāre just tuning in, Iām on a 60-day journey to rediscover myselfāthatās what the sticky notes are for. Theyāre not for tracking weight loss, and no, this isnāt a 75-day hard challenge. Every day, Iām making intentional decisions to do things for myself, to feel more like the person I was before. I canāt believe there are only 10 days left in this challenge! But the journey doesnāt stop there. These habits Iām building will make it easier to continue caring for myself beyond this initial period. Remember, postpartum doesnāt abruptly end at six weeks, six months, or even a year. It can take up to two years for your hormones to rebalance, so please, donāt pressure yourself to look or feel a certain way, or to be the person you were before having kids. Spoiler alert: youāll never be that person again. And thatās perfectly fine. Instead, why not become the most well-rounded, beautiful version of yourself after childbirth? Iām here to share it all, and I hope youāll join me on this journey. . . . #PostpartumJourney #GetMySparkBack #MomLife #SelfCareMatters #PostpartumFitness #HealthyMom #PostpartumHealing #MotherhoodUnplugged #MomSelfCare #postpartumsupport
