Here’s a quick recap of everything I’ve done this week to help regain my spark postpartum. Highlights of the week: Getting my BBL forever young & Moxi treatment at @rawcanvasskinclinic I am on Day 5 healing from it and can’t wait to see my results! My parents got a golden doodle pup😫 he is the most perfect thing ever AND I’m not allergic to him. Another highlight was getting in some workouts with my little sister. I love working out on my own, but it’s been great having some company once in a while @jackiemccurrachexplores If you’re just tuning in, I’m on a 60-day journey to rediscover myself—that’s what the sticky notes are for. They’re not for tracking weight loss, and no, this isn’t a 75-day hard challenge. Every day, I’m making intentional decisions to do things for myself, to feel more like the person I was before. I can’t believe there are only 10 days left in this challenge! But the journey doesn’t stop there. These habits I’m building will make it easier to continue caring for myself beyond this initial period. Remember, postpartum doesn’t abruptly end at six weeks, six months, or even a year. It can take up to two years for your hormones to rebalance, so please, don’t pressure yourself to look or feel a certain way, or to be the person you were before having kids. Spoiler alert: you’ll never be that person again. And that’s perfectly fine. Instead, why not become the most well-rounded, beautiful version of yourself after childbirth? I’m here to share it all, and I hope you’ll join me on this journey. . . . #PostpartumJourney #GetMySparkBack #MomLife #SelfCareMatters #PostpartumFitness #HealthyMom #PostpartumHealing #MotherhoodUnplugged #MomSelfCare #postpartumsupport
