Tiger Prawn Kale Soup - Kale is now my new fav veggie to add into soup 💖 The sweetness it brings is refreshing ✨ flavours of prawns and minced meat come really well together into the soup too! Ingredients: 2-3 Cloves Garlic 3 Tiger Prawns (Medium Sized) 50g Minced Chicken / Beef ¼ Tsp AJI-NO-MOTO ¼ Tsp Salt 1 Stick Lemongrass 1 Tomato Few Sheets of Kale 300ml Water Steps: 1. Stir fry garlic & onions. Add in prawn with heads and tails on to sauté for 2 mins, remove from pan. 2. Add in minced chicken / beef, stir fry. Once fragrant, add water. 3. Season the dish with only ¼ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO & ¼ tsp of Salt. 4. Next, add in lemon grass, tomatoes. Boil for a while, add in kale, and cook. 5. Add in the cooked prawns to boil. 6.
