The doctor that they interviewed actually gave wrong information about your arches becoming more weak if you go barefoot. In fact, being Barefoot strengthens the muscles in your feet and your arches will get stronger. Your feet also become more flexible and you’ll have better balance. There are so many benefits but of course you have to be careful walking in the city. If you look where you’re going chances are you’ll be fine!
