When your kitty knows you’re pregnant before you do🥹 but surprise here is where I have been the past three months😂🤰 November 27th 2023 I woke up with another really bad headache so I decided it was time to take a pregnancy test just to rule it out. I battled with the thought of taking a test on and off for days prior because I knew it would 100% be negative…out a part of me didn't want to let that little bit of hope go away. Dylan and I had been going to the fertility clinic for months and were told it would take us a long time (and they said an extremely low chance at the current state) due to how low his count was, and we still hadn't seen improvement yet on his last blood work from the medication. I took the test and immediately thought "yep I should not have let myself do this" until I noticed an extremely faint line. The line started to become more clear and my heart dropped to the floor-I have never felt such a rush of emotion, it was so shocking and so surreal. I kept picturing my past self almost on the edge countless times of giving up-and I'm so proud she didn't. I have never wanted anything else more than to be a Mom in whatever way the universe blessed me to be. I immediately ran into our bedroom where Dylan was still sleeping Imao and jumped on the bed and said I think I'm pregnant?! (I couldn't wait I was so in shock) He couldn't even believe it so we ran to Target to get more tests and it will forever be one of my favorite memories sitting in the bathroom seeing all the tests read positive together😭❤️ #fyp

Booty rockin everywhere🫡 puttin my man through a preggo leg day (full workout in caption!) There’s a lot of fear around weight training during pregnancy so let’s clear that up real quick! Weight training is SO beneficial for both mother and baby as it can enhance prenatal comfort and function, improve birth outcomes, and support postpartum recovery. Exercise is also help shown to help baby tolerate anticipated and unanticipated stress better during pregancy and labor. Of course every single person is unique in their pregnancy journey and it’s super important to listen to what makes YOUR body feel good and of course what your OBGYN/care team recommends. In my training currently I’m utilizing all the same 🔥 leg exercises as I was before-I just am incorporating more pelvic floor + core work, mobility, myofascial sling exercises, and of course internal rotation! This is all to help be able to access and maintain certain positions in labor, increase muscular endurance to keep up with demands of pregnancy + labor, help minimize lower back pain + pelvic girdle pain, and feel more comfortable & stronger during pregnancy. What’s the move🍑🥵 it’s a dumbbell only leg day for gym or home for my baddies!! Have been living off quick dumbbell workouts at home the past three weeks as I have been super sick + dealing with some health issues and could not be more grateful for them. Nothing makes me feel better then just getting a little movement in when I’m up for it-turns my whole day around and reminds me of how strong + powerful I am! I hope some of these silly tips + tricks help you with these movements and get you a nasty lil glute pump! Here is the quick full workout: 3 x 8 dumbbell squats 4 x 10 RDLs + 8 single leg (or B-stance) RDLs 3 x 12 glute bridges (feet slightly farther out, push through heels) 4 x 8 drop lunge each leg! (Can elevate with a book at home or use the bottom stair!) #fyp

“This ONE movement grew my glutes 3 TIMES in ___ weeks”🥴 if I see another one of these videos I’m going to be physically ill Or “you HAVE to add this movement to your routine or your glutes won’t grow” (there are many many movements that are incredible for glute growth-it is all about finding the routine that works best for you!) I hate to break it to you but you are being fed a bologna sandwich with the damn packaged American cheese..a mouth full of fake. There is not a magic pill of a movement that can grow your cheeks three times it’s size..especially in a short period of time. Plus I’m unsure how people make these claims as they are utilizing many other movements lmao plus nutrition, rest, recovery, and genetics come into play. Glute growth takes a lot of time, consistency, FOOD, and a heavy focus on progressive overload using a variety of compound and accessory movements. So please do not compare your progress to statements you see online❤️ this is your own personal journey..it will be written differently from anyone else’s and that is the magic of it. Stick to a program or movements that you love and enjoy the journey! #fyp
