What’s the move🍑🥵 it’s a dumbbell only leg day for gym or home for my baddies!! Have been living off quick dumbbell workouts at home the past three weeks as I have been super sick + dealing with some health issues and could not be more grateful for them. Nothing makes me feel better then just getting a little movement in when I’m up for it-turns my whole day around and reminds me of how strong + powerful I am! I hope some of these silly tips + tricks help you with these movements and get you a nasty lil glute pump! Here is the quick full workout: 3 x 8 dumbbell squats 4 x 10 RDLs + 8 single leg (or B-stance) RDLs 3 x 12 glute bridges (feet slightly farther out, push through heels) 4 x 8 drop lunge each leg! (Can elevate with a book at home or use the bottom stair!) #fyp
