I hate to break it to you but you are being fed a bologna sandwich with the damn packaged American cheese..a mouth full of fake. There is not a magic pill of a movement that can grow your cheeks three times it’s size..especially in a short period of time. Plus I’m unsure how people make these claims as they are utilizing many other movements lmao plus nutrition, rest, recovery, and genetics come into play. Glute growth takes a lot of time, consistency, FOOD, and a heavy focus on progressive overload using a variety of compound and accessory movements. So please do not compare your progress to statements you see online❤️ this is your own personal journey..it will be written differently from anyone else’s and that is the magic of it. Stick to a program or movements that you love and enjoy the journey! #fyp
