Documenting the whole thing over on the “graham” - one thing I want to pint out is that I’m doing this for my health and to prove to myself that I can keep promises to myself. I don’t want FAST results- I wasn’t sustainable results. I don’t have a weight goal- but instead a health goal + strength goal. These foods / meals are what’s going to help me get there!
