Documenting the whole thing over on the āgrahamā - one thing I want to pint out is that Iām doing this for my health and to prove to myself that I can keep promises to myself. I donāt want FAST results- I wasnāt sustainable results. I donāt have a weight goal- but instead a health goal + strength goal. These foods / meals are whatās going to help me get there!
