Add the eggs to a shallow bowl and whisk. To another shallow bowl add the flour. Then to final shallow bowl add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Combine thoroughly. Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, then the eggs, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated at each step. Place the chicken on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spray the top of the chicken with olive oil spray. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and then bake for another 8 minutes. Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely so it does not burn! Serve and enjoy! Cook the turkey bacon according to the package instructions. Once the bacon is done, remove from the pan and cut into small chunks. Add the olive oil and veggies to the same pan the bacon was cooked in. Add salt and pepper and sauté for 5-10 minutes until decently soft. While the veggies are cooking, mix the eggs in a bowl. Add the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper. Combine evenly. Remove the veggies from the heat and add to a large greased baking dish. Ingredients 2 apples, peeled & sliced 1 tbsp light brown sugar 1 tbsp salted butter, melted 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions Add the apple slices, light brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon to a small mixing bowl. Combine and coat each apple slice as evenly as possible. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F and line the basket with aluminum foil or a liner. Once preheated, add the apple slices. Spread evenly. Ingredients 1 lb thin chicken breasts 1 cup seasoned Panko breadcrumbs 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Olive oil spray Instructions Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. First prepare the chicken breasts. Place your thin chicken breasts (or regular chicken breasts that you have cut in half) on a cutting board. Pound the chicken cutlets with a meat mallet or tenderizer into an even ¼ inch thickness. Or use any heavy object in your kitchen! Next prepare the chicken dredging elements. Add the eggs to a shallow bowl and whisk. To another shallow bowl add the flour. Then to final shallow bowl add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Combine thoroughly. Dip each chicken cutlet into the flour, then the eggs, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated at each step. Ingredients 1 head of broccoli, chopped 1/2 large yellow onion, diced (or 1 onion) 5 slices of turkey bacon 8 eggs 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt Pepper Instructions Set the oven to 400 degrees. Cook the turkey bacon according to the package instructions. Once the bacon is done, remove from the pan and cut into small chunks. Add the olive oil and veggies to the same pan the bacon was cooked in. Add salt and pepper and sauté for 5-10 minutes until decently soft. While the veggies are cooking, mix the eggs in a bowl. Add the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper. Combine evenly. Remove the veggies from the heat and add to a large greased baking dish. Also add in the chopped turkey bacon and spread evenly. Pour the egg mixture on top and make sure all the mix ins are covered. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top if you would like.
