Sheeeeesshh 🦍 when I say it's glute day, there will be chin ups. When I say push/pull day, there will be chin ups. It doesn't matter what muscle group I'm hitting, I practice my chin ups Every. Single. Time. It's a simple, basic, but one of the most effective body weight exercises you can do, in my opinion. Don't underestimate the difficulty of this just because it's using body weight. For my beginners, use a band or the assist, aim to hit 3 sets of 10-15 at the start of your workout. For my intermediate/advanced, practice amrap, slow and controlled on the way up and down. Hold the position at the bottom. Add weight if possible.
