I started training my friend for the past 2 months and this is the progerss he’s made. My friend Kev always tried getting in the gym. He’s been real on and off for the past few years that I’ve known him. Definately lean, abs, and really athletic and all that, but told me recently he wanted to get some more size. Since I’m an online coach (checkout my 🔗!) and also love working out with him, I coached him for everything from exercise form, dieting (which is the most important part to gaining muscle mass), and proper training programs for the past 2 months for about 4 times a week, just like I do my clients on my online 1 on 1 coaching platform and this is his progress. Since it was summer and all of our friends graduated from college and came back home, they all saw him for the first time in a bit and were genuinely shocked. It’s pretty night and day the difference between him 2 months ago and now. He’s deninately got strong shoulders, quads, and biceps. Not to mention his strength was up by like double, lifting weights that are pretty heavy. Just like my clients that I coach doing their own respective weight loss or weight gain diets and training, I’m really proud of Kev’s progress so far.
