@Jamaal Why you should not skip Shoulder Press👇🏻 . Most people think that shoulder press exercises are only for the front deltoids. But this if very wrong. The front delts sure are affected the most by this exercise, but the side delts also do a lot of work in pressing exercises and can benefit from the higher loads used. Front raises on the other hand, is an isolation exercise for the front delt which is the most overgrown muscle in any gym goer’s body.
