Cheers to You and Yours Corn Queso inspired by @richardeats_ -16oz Cream Cheese -16oz Frozen Corn -1 Bell Pepper, diced -1 Red Bell Pepper, diced -1/4C+ Flame Roasted Green Chile -1/4C Cilantro, chopped -16oz Pepper Jack, cubed -1/4C Sour Cream, we use FAGE -1 T Adobo All Purpose Seasoning Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip -16oz Cream Cheese -16oz Cheddar Cheese, cubed -1 C Buffalo Wing Sauce -1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded up -1 C Sour Cream -1 T Dry Ranch Seasoning Smoked Queso -2lb Velvetta, we prefer Blanco if available. If Velvetta is not your thing then use Cheddar and add heavy cream -8oz Pepper Jack, cubed -8oz Smoked Gouda, cubed -3 Jalapeños, diced -2 Cans Rotel, we like Fire Roasted -1 Can Cream of Jalapeno, use Cream of Chicken if you do not have access to Jalapeno -2 T Favorite Rub, we use Meat Church **All 3 dips the same process.
