✨PB & J Oatmeal Breakfast Bars✨ I will never get tired of making different variations of baked oats for breakfast🤤 This peanut butter and jelly version is sweet, tangy, nutty, and couldn't be easier to make😋 ✨Ingredients 1 cup oats (80 g) 1 cup oat flour (ground up oats- 80 g) 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 2 large ripe bananas) 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup dairy-free milk 1 tbsp ground flax seeds 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt large dollops of creamy peanut butter and raspberry jelly to swirl on top ✨Directions In a large bowl, mash up the bananas. Desayuno o snack saludable para varios días! Avena horneada sabor pie de manzana Opción vegana! Ingredientes dos plátanos maduros - dos cucharas de Chía - 200 ml de bebida vegetal - dos tazas de avena en hojuelas - una pizca de sal - una cucharilla de polvo de hornear - Endulzante al gusto - una cucharilla de canela molida Para encima - dos manzanas picadas en cubitos - una cucharilla de canela - el jugo de un limón - un chorrito de agua - endulzante al gusto - almendras picadas Preparación En un recipiente aplastar los plátanos añadir la Chía y hidratarla con 200 ml de leche luego poner las hojuelas de avena y el resto de los ingredientes para la preparación con manzana vamos a ponerla en un sartén con el jugo de un limón canela en polvo y endulzante al gusto hacemos cocer cinco minutos a temperatura moderada y luego ponemos encima de la avena por último ponemos las almendras picadas para darle un toque Crunchy y horneamos de 25 a 30 minutos a 180° y listo disfruta! #TikTokFood 🙌🏻 #receta #recetas #recetasfaciles #desayuno #desayunosaludable #snack #vegano #vegan #avena #bakedoats

Desayuno o snack saludable para varios días! Avena horneada sabor pie de manzana Opción vegana! Ingredientes dos plátanos maduros - dos cucharas de Chía - 200 ml de bebida vegetal - dos tazas de avena en hojuelas - una pizca de sal - una cucharilla de polvo de hornear - Endulzante al gusto - una cucharilla de canela molida Para encima - dos manzanas picadas en cubitos - una cucharilla de canela - el jugo de un limón - un chorrito de agua - endulzante al gusto - almendras picadas Preparación En un recipiente aplastar los plátanos añadir la Chía y hidratarla con 200 ml de leche luego poner las hojuelas de avena y el resto de los ingredientes para la preparación con manzana vamos a ponerla en un sartén con el jugo de un limón canela en polvo y endulzante al gusto hacemos cocer cinco minutos a temperatura moderada y luego ponemos encima de la avena por último ponemos las almendras picadas para darle un toque Crunchy y horneamos de 25 a 30 minutos a 180° y listo disfruta! #TikTokFood 🙌🏻 #receta #recetas #recetasfaciles #desayuno #desayunosaludable #snack #vegano #vegan #avena #bakedoats

Gluten-free, dairy-free, & low in sugar brownie baked oatmeal 🍫🍫 the perfect healthy breakfast, snack, or even dessert 😆 Ingredients 1/3 cup oats 1/2 spotty banana 1 egg 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used coconut milk) 1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder Pinch salt 1/4 tsp baking soda Chocolate chips Optional - add 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice if you want it sweeter! Directions 1) add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined 2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish 3) top with chocolate chips 4) bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes.
