Breakfast meal prep for the hubby and I for the next few days This breakfast is 41.4 G protein, 393 calories, and 18 grams of carbs. For 1 spinach egg cup, one yogurt and blueberry cup, and two strips of turkey bacon. Sous vide Spinach egg cups (makes 8) 16 eggs 2 cups 4% cottage cheese 2 cups packed spinach Seasonings of choice (I used garlic salt, bagel seasoning, and pepper) Blend all the ingredients together, spray some 8oz wide mouth canning jars with nonstick cooking spray. Add the mixture into each jar and screw on the lids, you want them sealed but not too tight. Fill your pot or sous vide tub with water, submerge the jars completely and set your sous vide to 172°F and cook for 1 hour. Allow to cool before refrigerating. For the yogurt cups I used 3/4 cup vanilla Oikos triple Zero yogurt and 20 calories worth of blueberries.
