Classic French Toast on a Sunday morning. You can cook this inside in a skillet as many are buried in freezing temps, we used Traeger Flatrock outside in sunny Arizona! Enjoy your Sunday Recipe -3 Eggs -1/2 C Heavy Cream & 1/2 C Whole Milk (you can use Heavy Cream, Half Half, Milk and any ratio you like for your 1 Cup total) -1 tsp Vanilla Extract -1 tsp Cinnamon -1 T Sugar -1 T Flour -Pinch of Sugar -3 T Butter for griddle -8 Slices Bread of Choice, we used Brioche. Any bread you like is fine. Could easily make 10 with this recipe as we had some left over mix. **Mix the ingredients in a shallow bowl/pan **Griddle at Medium heat, add 3 T Butter to cooking area **Coat each piece of bread in mix and drop on griddle for 2-3 minutes a side to color of your preference. Do not let bread sit in mix more than a drop/flip.
