Replying to @😶‍🌫️ ✨Garlic Parmesan Fries: 1/2 cup parmesan 2 tsp cornstarch 1 Russet potato 1 tsp Garlic powder Heavy pinch of paprika, salt, pepper and oregano Avocado oil, to coat -Cut potato into fry shapes. Soak the fries in a bowl of water for 1 hour with a few ice cubes. Drain. Pat dry. Add to a bowl. Coat the fries with some avocado oil and add everything else and toss to coat evenly. Air fry at 400 for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. How to make the EASIEST protein bars! 😋🙌 I’ve been making homemade protein bars for years now because they are much cheaper than buying individual bars from the store, and are made with healthy ingredients that you probably have in your pantry! These bars have 12g of protein each so they are the perfect high protein snack to take on the go. I use @promix vanilla whey protein powder because it has the cleanest ingredients and adds the perfect lightly sweet vanilla flavor to these bars 🍦 You can use the code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 15% off Promix! This recipe makes 6 bars: 168 calories, 12g protein, 18g carb, 6g fat each Ingredients: - 1 cup oats - 2 servings @Promix Nutrition vanilla whey protein powder (use code CLAIRE for 15% off) - 2 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp honey - Pinch of salt - 5-6 tbsp water or almond milk - 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips - 1 tsp coconut oil

How to make the EASIEST protein bars! 😋🙌 I’ve been making homemade protein bars for years now because they are much cheaper than buying individual bars from the store, and are made with healthy ingredients that you probably have in your pantry! These bars have 12g of protein each so they are the perfect high protein snack to take on the go. I use @promix vanilla whey protein powder because it has the cleanest ingredients and adds the perfect lightly sweet vanilla flavor to these bars 🍦 You can use the code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 15% off Promix! This recipe makes 6 bars: 168 calories, 12g protein, 18g carb, 6g fat each Ingredients: - 1 cup oats - 2 servings @Promix Nutrition vanilla whey protein powder (use code CLAIRE for 15% off) - 2 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp honey - Pinch of salt - 5-6 tbsp water or almond milk - 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips - 1 tsp coconut oil 
How to: - Add the oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl. - Mix well, then add a tbsp of water or almond milk at a time, stirring after each addition until you get a very thick dough. - Line a 8x5 inch container with parchment paper and press the dough in very well. - To make the chocolate drizzle, add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted. - Drizzle over the top of the bars and add a pinch of sea salt. - Place in fridge for about 20 mins until set, then slice up and enjoy! - I store these in a container in the fridge, they stay good for at least a week! #healthyrecipes #easyrecipe #highprotein #proteinbar #homemadeproteinbar #healthyeating #easysnack #healthysnack #snackidea

Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark🤩 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • This recipe makes two servings: 1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml) 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a smooth pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup / honey optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • Toppings: 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted 1 banana sliced handful of crushed peanuts • 1. Mix all the ingredients together 2. Spread the mixture on a cutting board lined with parchment paper 3. Drizzle the peanut butter and dark chocolate on top. Make a swirl with a toothpick/cocktail stick 4. Freeze for two hours or until set 5. Cut into pieces 6. Let sit in room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving to let it defrost! Healthy Peanut Butter & Jam Bowl with Chocolate Magic Shell🤩 This is such a fun and yummy snack idea😋 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • For the strawberry chia jam (this makes about 3 servings) 1 cup / 6 oz. thawed frozen strawberries (240 ml / 170 g) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey • 3/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (180 ml / about 200g) 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 1 piece of 80% dark chocolate optional: 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil handful of crushed peanuts • 1. Mash the strawberries. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir. Let set in the fridge for one hour 2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil 3. Build the bowl: add the yogurt to the bottom, then some of the jam, the peanut butter, the chocolate and the crushed nuts 4.
