SORRY IVE BEEN GONE FOR A FAT SECOND here’s the recipe! —> 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup boiling water whipped cream: 1 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sugar 1. preheat the oven to 350 2. mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and sugar.
