Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding with Magic Shell😍 If you aren’t the biggest fan of the texture of chia pudding, you have to try this out! It’s so creamy, chocolaty and yummy😋 • Ingredients for two servings: 4 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup milk of choice (240 ml) 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • toppings: 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted crushed peanuts berries/fruit of choice • 1. Mix the chia seeds, milk, cacao powder, sweetener and vanilla extract together 2. Let sit for 20 minutes. Then pour it into a blender and mix until creamy 3. Pour into two glasses or jars 4. Let set in the fridge for two hours or overnight 5. Top the glasses/jars with peanut butter and melted dark chocolate. Let the magic shell set in the fridge.
