the lat pulldown is one of my favs for back day, so lets break it down 🤌🏻 im doing a wide grip lat pulldown here, but there are lots of variations - check them all out (I have a video on them all!) and see what works best for you 🫶🏻 now this is a reallllll generic form cue, but here is a simple overview: Start with your arms extended overhead and your torso slightly leaning back. Leading with your elbows, pull the bar down until your upper arms reach at least parallel with the floor. Ideally, try to tuck your elbows into your hips!
