Paleo stuffed squash blossoms 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •squash blossoms (I find mine at Eataly but you can also find them at mexican supermarkets) •Otto’s cassava flour (this brand is the best) •1 egg •kite hill ricotta (you can use actual ricotta but it tends to not hold up as well) •Rao’s marinara (or whatever marinara you prefer) •avocado oil •salt + pepper •optional- honey Directions: •whisk 1 egg and set aside •to a shallow dish or plate, add cassava flour + salt/pepper •open squash blossoms and remove pollen •fill blossoms with a tbsp of ricotta and pinch leaves together at top •heat up avocado oil in saucepan on high heat •roll each blossom in egg, and then flour •fry them all for 10-20seconds per side or until golden brown •enjoy!! MARRY ME CHICKEN 💍🍅🍗 recipe below! INGREDIENTS: - 3-4 chicken breasts - High smoke point oil, I’m using avocado oil - 3-4 cloves garlic (minced) - 1/2 cup chicken bone broth - 1 cup unsweetened and UNFLAVORED almond milk - 2 heaping tbsps nutritional yeast - 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes - 1 tsp dried oregano - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp sea salt - Cast iron pan / oven safe pan OPTIONAL: *Jasmine rice + green beans for serving! *fresh basil for topping! INSTRUCTIONS: - Preheat your oven to 375 - start by patting down your chicken breasts with a paper towel, season both sides with salt and pepper. - In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add a generous splash of avocado oil. Once the pan is hot (not smoking), add in your chicken. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side. *they don’t have to be fully cooked, they are going in the oven* once chicken is done, set aside on a plate. - In the same pan, switch the heat to low. Add another drizzle of avocado oil. Add in your minced garlic and saute about 2-3 minutes. - Then add in your chicken bone broth, almond milk, nutritional yeast, sun dried tomatoes (drain out the oil as much as you can), dried oregano, red pepper flakes and sea salt. Mix until well combined. Increase the heat just slightly and bring it to a steady simmer. Add your chicken back into the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce. - Pop it in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165. - Remove from oven, allow the chicken to cool ~5 minutes, then it’s time to plate! - I served over a bed of Jasmine rice with some green beans on the side. Paleo + refined sugar free French toast! 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •2 eggs •paleo bread (I’m using base culture) •cinnamon •vanilla extract •monk fruit sweetener •nutmeg •honey •miyoko’s butter •strawberries or whatever toppings you’d like! Instructions: •whisk 2 eggs. Now season with your heart on this- add some cinnamon, 1-2tsp vanilla extract, 4-5 drops monk fruit sweetener (serving says 8 drops but I don’t like the flavor when it’s that much), and a dash of nutmeg •On medium heat, add 2-3tbsp butter to a pan. Dip and coat your stale bread into the egg mixture and then add to the pan. Cook for a couple min and then add honey before flipping and cooking another min or so. This will give nice golden brown color and add more sweetness •ready to plate! Paleo seared ahi steak sandwich 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •fresh caught ahi (tuna) •Bedrock bakers paleo bagel or English muffin •avocado •lettuce •tomato •red onion •avocado oil •miyokos butter Marinade: •coconut aminos •fresh grated ginger •garlic powder •orange squeeze •sesame oil •sake or rice wine vinegar •sesame seeds •salt Instructions: •place ahi in a ziploc with about 1/3 cup coconut aminos, 1ish tbsp fresh grated ginger, garlic powder (season with your heart), 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1-2tbsp sake or rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds (however many you desire) and a squeeze of fresh orange. Let sit for 20-30 min •prep veggies toppings of your choice! I recommend chopping some red onions, lettuce, and tomatoes and a half an avocado •add avocado oil to a pan on medium heat. While pan is heating up you can toast your paleo bagel or English muffin •once oil is hot, place ahi in and pour marinade over. Cook until it browns halfway up the fish, then flip over and cook other side, about 2 min. (I like my ahi seared on the edges and rare in the middle but if you prefer it cooked more well, just continue cooking until then) •mix sriracha and mayo to make an easy spicy mayo. Butter your bagel or English muffin and add mayo. Slice your ahi and place on sandwich with toppings Voila! Paleo bolognese! Full recipe below 🤤 Ingredients: •1lb ground beef (can do half ground pork if you want also) •Palmini hearts of palm pasta •1 stalk of celery finely diced •1 carrot finely diced •1 yellow onion diced •1 small can tomato paste •1 can diced or whole tomatoes •1 cup almond milk •3ish tbsp olive oil •1ish cup red wine •1-2tsp Italian seasoning •salt + pepper to taste •optional- 1tbsp ghee Instructions: •cut + prep veggies. Set aside •in large Dutch oven over medium heat, add olive oil and cook onions until soft, about 5 min •then add garlic, carrot and celery. Cook another 5 min •add meat and cook and break down until there’s no more pink •add 1ish cup wine and let simmer uncovered until evaporated. •Then add 1 cup milk (optional also add 1tbsp ghee) and simmer until evaporated •add and stir in tomato paste and tomatoes (with juice) , Italian seasoning, and more salt and pepper. Break tomatoes down •cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. More salt and pepper to taste •follow instructions on pasta packet and then add in sauce and mix Ready to serve! Paleo teriyaki turkey meatballs bowl! 🤤 full recipe below: Bowl ingredients: •ground turkey •green onions •fresh ginger •garlic •broccoli •cauliflower rice •avocado- optional •mango- optional •microgreens for garnish •salt+pepper •avocado or olive oil For sauce: •primal kitchen teriyaki •arrowroot starch For homemade breadcrumbs: •crushed pecans •minced garlic •salt •avocado or olive oil Directions: •wash + chop 1 cup green onions •mince 4-5 cloves garlic •grate 3-4tbsp fresh ginger •boil water in pot and add steamer on top, add broccoli •while that’s cooking, place chopped pecans in a plastic bag and use something heavy to crush them even more •add 1tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of salt and shake bag •to a pan on medium low heat, add olive oil and 1-2tsp maple syrup •salt + pepper your broccoli that’s cooking and remove from heat when tender •when pan is hot, add crushed pecan and mix around for a few minutes and then remove from heat •in a medium bowl, whisk 1 egg and add salt + pepper •open your ground turkey, add salt and pepper to both sides •mix turkey in bowl with egg and then add a quarter of your breadcrumbs and most of your chopped scallions (leaving some for garnish later) and add the rest of your garlic and your grated ginger •then spray your baking dish with avocado or olive oil •form and roll each meatball into breadcrumbs on a plate and then transfer to baking dish •bake for 15minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit •if you want your broccoli charred, transfer it to a pan with avocado or olive oil on medium low heat until charred •in another pan, add your cauliflower rice on medium low heat until warm, add salt and pepper •to a saucepan on medium heat, add primal kitchen teriyaki sauce, and 1-2tsp sifted arrowroot starch to thicken (takes about 3-5minutes) •optional- cut half an avocado and some mango to add to the bowl later •remove meatballs from oven, coat in teriyaki sauce and then voila! Assemble bowl with rice on bottom, broccoli on one side, meatballs and the other and avocado and mango in the middle. Top with scallions and microgreens for garnish! Paleo salmon pasta! 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •wild caught salmon (pre seasoned from sprouts is what I got) •grain free Jovial pasta •coconut cream (I accidentally grabbed coconut milk so my sauce is more watery- you can get that though if you’d prefer it like that) •Rao’s marinara •spinach •ghee •salt+pepper •olive oil or avocado oil •(arrowroot starch if using coconut milk instead of coconut cream, to thicken sauce) •optional: - chopped shallots sautéed in rice wine vinegar with whole peppercorns and dried tarragon until liquid is reduced and then strain rice wine vinegar out Instructions: •bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiled add grain free pasta for 11min •to a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and cook salmon , flipping both sides at least 1-2times until internal temperature reaches 135° F, about 5-7min •optional: to a saucepan, saute chopped half shallot, 1-2tbsp dried tarragon and 1-2tbsp whole peppercorn in 5tbsp rice wine vinegar, until vinegar is reduced to 1-2tbsp. Strain vinegar out •add coconut cream (if using coconut milk like I did, sauce will be more watery. Add arrowroot starch to thicken) •add marinara, spinach and salt and pepper. Cook spinach down. Add ghee to make sauce more creamy, about 3tbsp •when pasta is cooked, strain and run under cold water immediately. Add in pan to mix in with sauce. Break apart salmon with spoon or spatula into bite size pieces •serve in bowl and enjoy! Cut avo and add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop cilantro, dice onion and tomato, set aside together with lime squeeze and salt •heat a generous amount of avocado oil in a deep pan or pot on medium high heat •pat cod with paper towel and cut into 2-3inch pieces. Salt and pepper both sides •To two plates, add 3ish tbsp mustard to one plate and almond flour to another. •Coat cod in mustard and then almond flour until fully covered. Salt and pepper all the fish again when fully covered •fry for 2-3min per side or until internal temperature reaches 125°. While fish is frying mix 3ish tbsp mayo with 1tbsp (or more if you like spicier) sriracha to make a spicy mayo sauce •heat up tortillas for 20ish seconds per side •ready to assemble with toppings and sauce and more lime squeeze!!! Perfect for the holidays 🙏 • 1 1/4 cup pecans 1/3 cup soaked medjool dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes then drained) 3 tbsp almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup salted butter, softened Medjool dates (about 1 lb) • 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 400. 2️⃣Add the pecans to a sheet pan and place them in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Paleo stuffed squash blossoms 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •squash blossoms (I find mine at Eataly but you can also find them at mexican supermarkets) •Otto’s cassava flour (this brand is the best) •1 egg •kite hill ricotta (you can use actual ricotta but it tends to not hold up as well) •Rao’s marinara (or whatever marinara you prefer) •avocado oil •salt + pepper •optional- honey Directions: •whisk 1 egg and set aside •to a shallow dish or plate, add cassava flour + salt/pepper •open squash blossoms and remove pollen •fill blossoms with a tbsp of ricotta and pinch leaves together at top •heat up avocado oil in saucepan on high heat •roll each blossom in egg, and then flour •fry them all for 10-20seconds per side or until golden brown •enjoy!! MARRY ME CHICKEN 💍🍅🍗 recipe below! INGREDIENTS: - 3-4 chicken breasts - High smoke point oil, I’m using avocado oil - 3-4 cloves garlic (minced) - 1/2 cup chicken bone broth - 1 cup unsweetened and UNFLAVORED almond milk - 2 heaping tbsps nutritional yeast - 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes - 1 tsp dried oregano - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp sea salt - Cast iron pan / oven safe pan OPTIONAL: *Jasmine rice + green beans for serving! *fresh basil for topping! INSTRUCTIONS: - Preheat your oven to 375 - start by patting down your chicken breasts with a paper towel, season both sides with salt and pepper. - In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add a generous splash of avocado oil. Once the pan is hot (not smoking), add in your chicken. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side. *they don’t have to be fully cooked, they are going in the oven* once chicken is done, set aside on a plate. - In the same pan, switch the heat to low. Add another drizzle of avocado oil. Add in your minced garlic and saute about 2-3 minutes. - Then add in your chicken bone broth, almond milk, nutritional yeast, sun dried tomatoes (drain out the oil as much as you can), dried oregano, red pepper flakes and sea salt. Mix until well combined. Increase the heat just slightly and bring it to a steady simmer. Add your chicken back into the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce. - Pop it in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165. - Remove from oven, allow the chicken to cool ~5 minutes, then it’s time to plate! - I served over a bed of Jasmine rice with some green beans on the side. Paleo + refined sugar free French toast! 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •2 eggs •paleo bread (I’m using base culture) •cinnamon •vanilla extract •monk fruit sweetener •nutmeg •honey •miyoko’s butter •strawberries or whatever toppings you’d like! Instructions: •whisk 2 eggs. Now season with your heart on this- add some cinnamon, 1-2tsp vanilla extract, 4-5 drops monk fruit sweetener (serving says 8 drops but I don’t like the flavor when it’s that much), and a dash of nutmeg •On medium heat, add 2-3tbsp butter to a pan. Dip and coat your stale bread into the egg mixture and then add to the pan. Cook for a couple min and then add honey before flipping and cooking another min or so. This will give nice golden brown color and add more sweetness •ready to plate! Paleo seared ahi steak sandwich 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •fresh caught ahi (tuna) •Bedrock bakers paleo bagel or English muffin •avocado •lettuce •tomato •red onion •avocado oil •miyokos butter Marinade: •coconut aminos •fresh grated ginger •garlic powder •orange squeeze •sesame oil •sake or rice wine vinegar •sesame seeds •salt Instructions: •place ahi in a ziploc with about 1/3 cup coconut aminos, 1ish tbsp fresh grated ginger, garlic powder (season with your heart), 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1-2tbsp sake or rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds (however many you desire) and a squeeze of fresh orange. Let sit for 20-30 min •prep veggies toppings of your choice! I recommend chopping some red onions, lettuce, and tomatoes and a half an avocado •add avocado oil to a pan on medium heat. While pan is heating up you can toast your paleo bagel or English muffin •once oil is hot, place ahi in and pour marinade over. Cook until it browns halfway up the fish, then flip over and cook other side, about 2 min. (I like my ahi seared on the edges and rare in the middle but if you prefer it cooked more well, just continue cooking until then) •mix sriracha and mayo to make an easy spicy mayo. Butter your bagel or English muffin and add mayo. Slice your ahi and place on sandwich with toppings Voila! Cook another 5 min •add meat and cook and break down until there’s no more pink •add 1ish cup wine and let simmer uncovered until evaporated. •Then add 1 cup milk (optional also add 1tbsp ghee) and simmer until evaporated •add and stir in tomato paste and tomatoes (with juice) , Italian seasoning, and more salt and pepper. Break tomatoes down •cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. More salt and pepper to taste •follow instructions on pasta packet and then add in sauce and mix Ready to serve! Paleo teriyaki turkey meatballs bowl! 🤤 full recipe below: Bowl ingredients: •ground turkey •green onions •fresh ginger •garlic •broccoli •cauliflower rice •avocado- optional •mango- optional •microgreens for garnish •salt+pepper •avocado or olive oil For sauce: •primal kitchen teriyaki •arrowroot starch For homemade breadcrumbs: •crushed pecans •minced garlic •salt •avocado or olive oil Directions: •wash + chop 1 cup green onions •mince 4-5 cloves garlic •grate 3-4tbsp fresh ginger •boil water in pot and add steamer on top, add broccoli •while that’s cooking, place chopped pecans in a plastic bag and use something heavy to crush them even more •add 1tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of salt and shake bag •to a pan on medium low heat, add olive oil and 1-2tsp maple syrup •salt + pepper your broccoli that’s cooking and remove from heat when tender •when pan is hot, add crushed pecan and mix around for a few minutes and then remove from heat •in a medium bowl, whisk 1 egg and add salt + pepper •open your ground turkey, add salt and pepper to both sides •mix turkey in bowl with egg and then add a quarter of your breadcrumbs and most of your chopped scallions (leaving some for garnish later) and add the rest of your garlic and your grated ginger •then spray your baking dish with avocado or olive oil •form and roll each meatball into breadcrumbs on a plate and then transfer to baking dish •bake for 15minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit •if you want your broccoli charred, transfer it to a pan with avocado or olive oil on medium low heat until charred •in another pan, add your cauliflower rice on medium low heat until warm, add salt and pepper •to a saucepan on medium heat, add primal kitchen teriyaki sauce, and 1-2tsp sifted arrowroot starch to thicken (takes about 3-5minutes) •optional- cut half an avocado and some mango to add to the bowl later •remove meatballs from oven, coat in teriyaki sauce and then voila! Assemble bowl with rice on bottom, broccoli on one side, meatballs and the other and avocado and mango in the middle. Top with scallions and microgreens for garnish! Paleo salmon pasta! 🤤 full recipe below: Ingredients: •wild caught salmon (pre seasoned from sprouts is what I got) •grain free Jovial pasta •coconut cream (I accidentally grabbed coconut milk so my sauce is more watery- you can get that though if you’d prefer it like that) •Rao’s marinara •spinach •ghee •salt+pepper •olive oil or avocado oil •(arrowroot starch if using coconut milk instead of coconut cream, to thicken sauce) •optional: - chopped shallots sautéed in rice wine vinegar with whole peppercorns and dried tarragon until liquid is reduced and then strain rice wine vinegar out Instructions: •bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiled add grain free pasta for 11min •to a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and cook salmon , flipping both sides at least 1-2times until internal temperature reaches 135° F, about 5-7min •optional: to a saucepan, saute chopped half shallot, 1-2tbsp dried tarragon and 1-2tbsp whole peppercorn in 5tbsp rice wine vinegar, until vinegar is reduced to 1-2tbsp. Strain vinegar out •add coconut cream (if using coconut milk like I did, sauce will be more watery. Add arrowroot starch to thicken) •add marinara, spinach and salt and pepper. Cook spinach down. Add ghee to make sauce more creamy, about 3tbsp •when pasta is cooked, strain and run under cold water immediately. Add in pan to mix in with sauce. Break apart salmon with spoon or spatula into bite size pieces •serve in bowl and enjoy! Paleo battered fish tacos! 🤤 full recipe below Ingredients: •cod •siete tortillas •avocado oil •almond flour •salt+ pepper •Dijon mustard Spicy mayo: •chosen foods mayo •sriracha Toppings: •1/2 avocado •1 tomato •1 yellow onion •1/3 cup cilantro •1 lime Instructions: •prep toppings. Cut avo and add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop cilantro, dice onion and tomato, set aside together with lime squeeze and salt •heat a generous amount of avocado oil in a deep pan or pot on medium high heat •pat cod with paper towel and cut into 2-3inch pieces. Salt and pepper both sides •To two plates, add 3ish tbsp mustard to one plate and almond flour to another. •Coat cod in mustard and then almond flour until fully covered. Salt and pepper all the fish again when fully covered •fry for 2-3min per side or until internal temperature reaches 125°. While fish is frying mix 3ish tbsp mayo with 1tbsp (or more if you like spicier) sriracha to make a spicy mayo sauce •heat up tortillas for 20ish seconds per side •ready to assemble with toppings and sauce and more lime squeeze!!!
