Are tou struggling to pullup? Or do you want to make your pullups stronger? Try adding these exercises into tour pull-up practise and see improvement in a short amount of time. 🫶🏻 Assisted pullups - use either a pullup machine or a resistance band to give you an extra push. I prefer resistance bands as they allow you to concentrate on your core activation, too. But assisted pullup machines are a great starting point. 🫶🏻 Upper back/lat pull down is a great way to strengthen your back muscles. In order to do a pullup, you need to be strong enough to pull your bodyweight with your back, so making sure youre progressively overloading and putting in the effort with back exercises like this is super important. 🫶🏻 Rack chins - put your feet on an elevated surface and hold onto the bar. Keep your core engaged and pull yourself up. If you cant do this with feet elevated, you can start with feet on the floor and work your way up once you build a bit more strength. 🫶🏻 Deadhang to help improve your grip strength as this is integral for pullups, especially if youre hitting a higher number of reps. You dont want to be restricted by your grip strength. #pullups #pulluptips #howtopullup #pullupchallenge #chinup #fitnesstips #gymtips #gymgirl #pulluptutorial
