Prone high-row mistakes. This video shows the mistakes and corrections while performing prone high row using dumbbells to target the rear delts muscles. The prone high row is an excellent compound exercise to isolate your rear delts on your pull-day workout. ❌ Do not swing dumbbells in a circular pathway. This movement doesn't work against the direction of resistance provided by the dumbbells. ❌ Do not tuck your elbows towards the side of your body.
